Dry Nitrous Spray Bar & Nitrous Kit.
RC Performanc LLC has addressed some of the issues with other spray bars on the market (nozzle spacing, air flow obstruction, integrated nozzles) with our new dry nitrous spray bar. This kit will allow for even distribution between all four cylinders. It will easily mount in any 01-16 GSXR 1000 and 99-18 Hayabusa with minimum air flow intrusion. CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum for good looks and reduced weight. The GSXR 1000 and Hayabusa spray bars are identical except the GSXR 1000 comes with spacers to help in aligning the spray bar in the air box, the Hayabusa lays flat against the top of the air box. Our new design, incorporates the nozzles into the spray bar. 5 Axis CNC machined from a solid piece of aluminum. RC Performance Spray bar includes all components to mount and setup our Spray Bar after nitrous solenoid, (you provide) or purchase separately.
Our Spray bar is very efficient (on dyno often see 50-60 HP with only a single 40 jet installed)

The Nitrous jet and bottle are attached directly to the NX Lightening
Series Solenoid for a clean installation. Nitrous Line is installed
directly into the airbox to Extra fuel for nitrous will need to be added via a Power
Commander, Bazzaz, ECU or similar device.
This kit has the nitrous
jet mounted by the solenoid, so a nozzle to hold the jet is not
required. You just run the line through a hole into the air box.
